LET'S TRY IT OUT !

PIZZA  :
Ingredients : flower, yeast, water, tomatoes, spices and cheese.

Steps of cooking : 1-Put flower, yeast, salt and hot water in the bowl.
                             2-Mix these ingredients.
                             3-Wait 1/2 hours to raise the batter.
                             4-Shape the pizza.
                             5- Put the tomato, spices and cheese on top.


Ingredients : 1-1 / 2 liter milk.
                      2-1 egg.
                      3-1cup plain flour, baking powder
                      4-3 table spoons oil.

Steps of cooking :  1- Mix ingredients in the bowl and beat.
                             2- Must look like a yogurt smothie.
                             3- Place a small pan heat a teflon with a dash of oil and the take a little mixture to skillet.
                             4- Should be turned several times until the pancakes is golden brown.

ARE WE EATING HEALTHY?

 

Yesterday, I ate for breakfast cereals and milk. For lunch I ate pasta and melted cheese. Finally for dinner I ate chicken soup.

I eat healthy, because my eating habits follow the pyramid more or less but  I need to eat more vegetables.

I don't like to be a vegetarian because they only eat vegetables and fruits.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE FRUIT OR VEGETABLE?

My favourite fruit  is the strawberry. It is red. The strawberry is pyramidal. I like to eat it with yogurth.



My favourite vegetable is the lettuce. It is green. Th lettuce is rouns. I like to  eat it with salade.
